As a coach, Lynne Adrine helped focused me on a path that pointed me in a direction where I could go. Her experience as a leader and manager helped me realize the type of leader, manager, and person I want to be.

PresentPerfectCoach Blog
I developed the PresentPerfectCoach to examine everyday situations for the learning possibilities they present.
The name comes from the definition of the Present Perfect verb tense. As a journalist, I believe in precise writing and good grammar supports that practice. As a coach, I am intrigued at how well the definition models the issues presented by my clients.
The Present Perfect tense expresses the way that past experiences leave their imprint and how that imprint continues to affect us as we move forward.
As a coach, I believe in the value of embracing what is perfect about the present moment, and using that platform to launch all possibilities of the future.
I invite you to visit my blog and explore the concept of the Present Perfect.
